  • Corn Casserole

    Ingredients:

    1 cup butter

    8 oz sour cream

    1 - 17 oz can whole kernel corn

    1 - 17 oz can creamed style corn

    8 oz box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

    2 eggs, slightly beaten

    Directions:

    Melt butter in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.  Add eggs and sour cream.  Stir in corn and muffin mix.  Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.

    If doubling the recipe bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
